Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 2-5 days to process your order. Expect an email within that time to let you know your order is on the way!

Orders can be picked up daily. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 2-5 days. Flat rate shipping fee applies to all shipping orders. We do not ship outside of the United States at this time.

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@email.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
