Harrop's CDC Biot Para Spinner

Harrop’s CDC para spinner is right up there with the double wing spinner as far as fish-catching ability goes. However, the CDC post above the spent wing hackle makes it a little easier to see. As delicate as the CDC para spinner looks, it is actually very durable.
